We sat down with property owner Ryan Ferrell to ask him about his experience working with Clemons Real Estate and the success of one of his most recent property purchases, 6155 Oak Street.
Ryan purchased the property in 2021 and immediately renovated one suite to include nine individual suites with access to a kitchen, bathrooms, and conference room. This multi-suite concept has been a large success in the 63rd Street corridor in Brookside, and this building was no exception! The building has a total of 14 Tenants and is consistently 100% occupied.
