What’s your most exciting project right now?
I am excited to be working towards automating as many features as possible within our Resident Management Software. For example, I just set up a text message that is sent to residents the day before late fees post reminding them to pay rent. Sometimes the last day to pay falls on a weekend when we are not working, and I want to help remind everyone before it is too late.
How do you utilize our core values in your role?
Clemons core values are very important to me and collaboration is my favorite, I believe it is the foundation of Flexibility and Resourcefulness. I love taking the time to work with my coworkers/friends to understand issues and find a resolution that best aligns with everyone’s needs. It is always a great opportunity to learn more about everyone’s contribution to the Clemons workflow.
What have been some highlights during your time with Clemons?
Clemons has offered me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people. Having the opportunity to learn from everyone and further develop who I am, and how I operate, has been my most rewarding experience working with Clemons Real Estate. This is honestly the best highlight worth mentioning.
