What’s your most exciting project right now?
My most exciting project right now is working on the Tenant Forward Approach which partners Clemons with business owners who would like to invest in property for their businesses. I think it is so innovative in the marketplace and I’m very excited to bring one of these deals together and go through the process of bringing one of these projects to a closing.
How do you utilize our core values in your role?
In putting together our deals there are usually hurdles, and sometimes they can cause failure of a deal. I must be flexible and resourceful to solve the issues and collaborate with others to find our answers.
What have been some highlights during your time with Clemons?
The deal that touches my heart the most is helping the non-profit Amethyst Place assemble a parcel of land within walking distance of their program. There will be 64 new multifamily units for women who have graduated from the program by overcoming addiction, regaining custody of their children and reuniting their families. I’m so happy we could get that deal together for them as it meant a lot.
