We’re proud of our team members, and we want everyone else to know how great they are. That’s why each month we talk with one of our employees to let them share how they shine in their role.
For this month’s employee spotlight we are shining the light on Troy Campbell who is a Maintenance Technician within our Property Management department. Troy is an extremely valuable asset to our team and we are grateful for all the hard work he does on a daily basis!
What’s your most exciting project right now?
Right now, we are continuing to keep up on work orders and are prepping for any Spring preventative maintenance we may need to do.
How do you utilize our core values in your role?
Flexibility, resourcefulness and collaboration are the core values of our team. I have to be flexible in my daily schedule as emergencies can happen and I may need to go from one property to another one. We are constantly being resourceful on how we handle work orders, residents, and also the supply of materials to complete work orders. We have to collaborate as a team everyday to make sure that each one of us has what we need to overcome any challenges we may be facing. I’m so thankful to my team that we are able to jump in when needed to help each other out.
What have been some highlights during your time with Clemons?
Obviously, working with Sarah Alberico, when she was the Property Manager of Midtown Plaza, she was the best. I never knew what she would have in store for me that day, but it was always an adventure. Now, I enjoy visiting her in the office when I can. On a more serious note, I would say my team. We have faced some unusual issues and just figuring out how to take care of something and getting it fixed, is such an accomplishment for me. I’ve really been able to grow my skills as a tech while working at Clemons.
