The Wonder Shops & Flats, owned by Exact Partners, is a mixed-use historic building in the Midtown corridor along Troost Ave. Clemons started the commercial leasing of the building in 2019 and it was fully leased by our team in 2020. Curated Tenants in the restaurant, retail, creative office, and salon industries reside in the building including The Combine, Solid State Pinball, Hair KCMO Aesthetics Collective, Bike Walk KC, Ride KC Development Corp., Coldwell Banker, Raising the Bar, Kansas City Artists Coalition, and Love is Key.
